• Accurately input data with customer systems, maintaining a high level of detail
• Ability to follow directions and procedures, follow and generate documentation, and maintain schedules.
• Track and provide regular updates on the status of data entry tasks to team members
• ability to follow existing procedures and checklists

• Experience in data entry and filing is preferred
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
• Ability to work independently, adjust priorities and handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and spoken interpersonal communication skills and ability to work effectively with a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Full Time afternoon/evening shift, Monday- Friday, 02:00pm - 10:00pm.
