DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support Sales Team with pre-sales activities
  • Process sales orders and update contract information (utilizing HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Sales orders management including customer communications.
  • Tracking Sales’s records (quotes, sales and commissions)
  • Managing Customers records, Contracts and documentation
  • Administration of CRM platform i.e. HubSpot (full application management)
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of sales & product marketing materials.
  • Managing Order Desk for customer Sales Orders and internal Work Orders
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business or a related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in supporting B2B Sales and handling business customers
  • Vast knowledge of data center and telecommunication services.
  • Outstanding verbal & written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Background in utilizing CRM system (e.g. Sales Force)
  • Experience with corporate ERP system (e.g. Dynamics) preferred
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint
  • Japanese / French language proficiency will be an asset
